1981-1991                     Bechtel: Electrical /Controls engineering supervisor for Bechtel Engineering.  Responsible for all electrical and control systems engineering including programming of systems.  Refinery projects and SCADA systems. Prepared specifications data sheets, bid analysis, design supervision, start up and  turnover of multi million dollar projects.

 

                                    Electrical controls project engineer in Bakersfield  office completing projects in Oil field facilities, water plants and refineries.  Worked on PLC systems and DCS system for Texaco refinery.  Electrical/Controls supervisor on Hydrocarcker expansion project.

 

                                    Consulting engineer in Egypt responsible for Egyptian pipeline company purchase, installation, and operation of a country wide  SCADA system.

 

                                    Lead engineer on new pipeline SCADA system in Sudan.

 

                                    Senior engineer on Ras Tanura Modernization project for ARAMCO.  Traveled to Saudi Arabia for Foxboro DCS field work.
