·         Freezing of I/Os, I/O assignment for Honeywell Control systems such as High performance Manager (HPM), 620-35 Honeywell PLCs, Fail Safe Controllers (FSC).

·         Control Schemes and Control Language program implementation in HPM.

·         Functional Logic Diagram development in Fail Safe Controller (FSC).

1.YPF Mega Project :

 

A NGL pipeline in Argentina.

Consultant : JGC Japan, SAIPEM-CPC  at Italy and Argentina.

System Configuration : GUS, HPM, SMM-FSC systems, Serial Interfaces, SCADA-AB PLCs, EPLCG, Process History Database.

 

The Project was executed by Honeywell Inc Phoenix USA. Tata Honeywell was responsible in Hardware and Application software implementation, Engineering Documentation at THL-India and Factory Acceptance Test at Phoenix USA.

 

Role : Responsible for Hardware and Software Engineering for DCS and FSC systems,  I/O freezing and Bill of Material finalization for HPM/FSC systems, Engineering documentation related to FSC systems and marshalling cabinets , Conducting Factory Acceptance Test for FSC Hardware and Software at Honeywell Phoenix.

 

2 :  Bataan Polyethylene Project :

 

A Polyethylene plant in Phillipines. Consultant : JGC, Japan.

System Configuration : GUS, HPM, SMM-FSC systems, Serial Interfaces.

 

The Project was executed by Yamatake Honeywell Japan (YH). Tata Honeywell was responsible for Application software implementation, Documentation and Factory Acceptance Test at YH.

 

Role : Stationed at Yamatake Honeywell for Project Co-ordination and Engineering for DCS and FSC systems. Lead for specification generation for Detail Engineering and Factory Acceptance for DCS and FSC systems at Yamatake Honeywell .

 

 

3 :  New Wadi Plant  :

 

A Greenfield Cement Plant for Associated Cement Companies at Wadi India.

Consultant : L&T, Entech in India.

System Configuration : GUS, HPM, 620-35 PLC systems, Serial Interfaces, Process History Database.

 

The Project was executed at Tata Honeywell Pune (THL). THL was involved in Hardware and Application software implementation, Documentation and Factory Acceptance Test at Factory.

 

Role : Hardware and Software Engineering for DCS systems,  Documentation, Conducting  Factory Acceptance Test  for customer.

 


 

4 :  Hindalco  Industries Ltd. :

 

Alumina refinary at Renukoot INDIA

Consultant : Hindalco Industries Ltd.

System Configuration : GUS, US, HPM, APM, AM, 620-35 PLC systems, Process History Database.

 

The Project is being executed at Tata Honeywell Pune. THL is involved in DCS system Engineering for new Plant Areas such Digestion 1,2 and Slurry Mix Unit, Evaporator and Precipitation Unit. Also the existing DCS systems for FCB calciner and Reynolds Digestion shall be upgraded and integrated with new plant areas. All the required hardware and software Engineering for Integrated system shall be provided by THL.

 

Role : Technical Co-ordination for Hardware and Software Engineering for Integrated DCS systems with customer and others business units in THL, Requirement  Analysis, Design and development of plant operating philosophies, FAT.

 

 

5 :  Slag Cement Project :

 

Cement Plant for Grasim at Raipur India.

System Configuration : US, APM, 620-35 PLC systems, Proxima software for Packing Plant.

 

The Project was executed at Tata Honeywell Pune. THL was involved in software and Hardware Engineering of DCS system and Packing Plant software.

 

Role : Involvement in Hardware and Software Engineering for DCS systems and packing plant software  in Proxima, Factory Acceptance Test, Commissioning and Documentation.

 

6 :  Kymore Line II Project :

 

Cement Plant Expansion to Line II for Associated Cement Companies at Kymore  India.

Consultant : L&T in India.

System Configuration : US, APM, 620-35 PLC systems

 

The Project was executed at Tata Honeywell Pune. THL was involved in software and Hardware Engineering of DCS system for complete plant.

 

Role : Involvement in Hardware and Software Engineering for DCS, Factory Acceptance Test. Commissioning and Documentation.

The Project was executed at Tata Honeywell Pune. THL was involved in software and Hardware Engineering of DCS system for complete plant.

 

Role : Development of PLC-620 Logic, graphics, system database for Utility section.
